We hired Darin Ruff to sell our house in Cochrane in 2016.   One of the first things that impressed us about Darin was his website:  chock full of all kinds of information available to anyone.  As well, the number of pictures posted with each of his listings far outdid other realtors and it was very easy to picture yourself in each room of a potential home.  Darin’s use of technology is phenomenal: for example, even though we were out of the province while the house was on the market, we were still able to review and sign documents electronically – no printing or faxing necessary.  We received weekly emails showing us how many people had viewed the house (online) in the previous week, month, since being listed etc.  He also went above and beyond helping us when someone was needed on site.  A huge plus for us! 

Darin was professional at all times and a pleasure to deal with.  He listened to our concerns and made valuable suggestions.  We would not hesitate to recommend Darin to anyone, and would certainly hire him again if the need arose.
